CUSTOM AGENT PODS
Autonomous agents that do the work, and show their work.
Kreygo builds, runs and supervises custom AI agents for your operations. Your team reaches them by text message, phone call or a shared message channel, so there is nothing to install. Every action is logged, and anything that spends money, signs something or speaks publicly waits for a person to approve it.
- Each completed task points to evidence you can re-check
- A separate watchdog process monitors each agent and restarts one that stops responding
- Reach it by SMS, voice or message channel; no client software
Built to be inspected.
Most AI add-ons fail in production because nobody can see what they did or stop them doing it twice. A Kreygo pod is designed around four constraints:
1
Separate working environment
Each pod runs in its own process boundary with its own files and credentials, apart from other pods.
2
One owner per task
Work is claimed through a lock so two runs do not process the same item. A claim that expires is released so work does not stay stuck.
3
Reach it where you already are
Text, call, or message it. No app, plugin or login for your staff.
4
Watched from outside
A separate watchdog checks that each agent is alive and making progress, and flags or restarts one that is not.
Rules we build in, not slogans.
Proof before "done".
A task is not marked complete on the agent's say-so. It needs something that can be checked independently: a changed file, a delivered message, a returned confirmation.
Plain channels.
Operators send instructions and get status back by SMS, phone or message channel.
People approve what matters.
Messages from unknown senders are held for review rather than acted on. Spending, contracts and public statements require written approval from a named owner.
Every action leaves a trail.
Illustrative example, not a customer record.
[task claimed] reconcile-daily-orders
[scope check] action is within this pod's approved duties
[executed] compared orders against the ledger export
[evidence check] output file written and re-read from disk
[task closed] status: done, evidence recorded
[watchdog] heartbeat refreshedEach step is recorded so you can see what happened and why.
Frequently asked questions
- How does a pod connect to our systems?
- We scope that per deployment: which of your tools it needs, with what access, and what it must never touch. We start from the minimum access that does the job.
- What happens if an agent gets stuck or fails?
- A separate watchdog notices an agent that has stopped making progress. A task claim that is not renewed expires so another run can pick it up, and a person is told when something needs attention.
- Can non-technical staff use it?
- Yes. Authorised staff text or call the pod in plain language and get the result back the same way. Who is authorised is part of the setup.
- How are pods scoped and priced?
- Each pod is scoped around the workflow, the access it needs and the channels you want. Book a call and we will go through it with you. We do not deploy automations we have not scoped with you first.

Describe the repetitive or multi-step task and how your team would like to reach the agent. We will tell you plainly whether a pod is a good fit.
